Get the decision you need when you need it.

We are Colorado's premier "equity" lender since 1991.  There is no middleman.  We approve, fund, and service all of our own loans.  We even have on-staff appraisers when necessary to get the closing done quickly.  FICO scores are not a basis for our loan decision, equity is.  We will fund up to 75% of Value (Not purchase price) from homes 20 years old and newer, and 70% LTV for homes over 20 years old.  We usually approve the loan subject to title and appraisal immediately.   If you will submit your application by noon, you should have a written committment by the end of the day.  We can close within 24 to 48 hours if needed.
