Access Financial Group, LLC has been making real estate loans in the State of Colorado since 1991.  Our company has originated and funded thousands of loans, to individuals as well as corporations.  We base our loans primarily on the collateral being offered.  Our concentration is on residential properties such as single family homes, townhomes, and condos, as well as loans on smaller commerical properties, and vacant land.  We deal with the mortgage brokerage community as well as direct with the consumer.

Access Financial Group, LLC has grown over the years and currently has 2 offices.  Our main headquarters is located in Colorado Springs, and serves the Southern half of Colorado.  Our 2nd office is located in Denver, and serves the greater Denver metro area, and Northern Colorado.  We service all of our loans in house at the Colorado Springs facility.

In a rush?

One of the greatest advantages for our customers is how quickly we can close a loan.  Due to the fact that we are the lender, appraiser, and document preparer, we have the ability to close loan transactions within days, not weeks or months.  This is important in situations such as "quick sales," immediate cash out for health or medical reasons, or foreclosure situations.  We can close most transactions within 48 hours of the initial contact, as long as we receive timely title work on the property.
