Loan Submission Instructions:

The most efficient way for our company to receive information in regards to a loan is by email.  Our Company uses Calyx/Point software to process our loan documentation.  If you use the same software, it is very easy to email our company your whole loan file in just a few clicks.  We can even walk you through the process if you have not tried it out!

Submission Requirements:

1.  If this is your 1st loan submission with us, please fill out and complete the "Broker Agreement" form and W-9 form.  These can be found on our homepage under "Broker Tools."  Please fax or email a signed copy to our office.

2. Submit completed 1003  Loan application, along with proof of income documentation (preferrably by email).

3. Submit appraisal (if one has been completed in last 6 months) - preferrably by email.

4. Submit any other documentation that will help the loan process move ahead more quickly (payoffs, redemption amounts from public trustees, homeowner's insurance information, etc.)

5. Submit Credit report, if one has already been pulled.

6. Submit Title Work (Fidelity National Title Please)

Items 1 and 2 are mandatory for our company to begin the loan approval process.  Other items are not necessary, but including these items will help to speed the loan approval process.  Please see the Broker Fee Schedule on the previous page for more inforamtion.

Once we have received the application, etc., we will need to complete an inspection/review appraisal of the property.  When this has been completed, we will provide you with updated Loan Disclosures in writing for you and your borrower to review.  We try to supply these by email as well.

After this, all we need to do is set up a closing at the title company.  The normal timeline for us to complete a loan is about 5-7 days.  We can close in as little as 72 hours, as long as we have proper title work and payoffs!
