Loan Submissions:
We would like to make the loan submission process as fast and easy as possible for you, the customer representative. The most important part of our loan approval process is based on the equity in the property. Because of this, a licensed apprasier from our company will almost always inspect the property, and make the final decision on value. For this reason, we do not require you have an appraisal completed for a loan submission.
Below is a list of our normal fees that are paid to brokers. This fee structure lets you decide how much time and effort you would like to contribute to the process. This is what our company does for a living, so we are happy with you providing us with a lead (name and telephone #), or processing a majority of the loan up until closing.
Fee Schedule
1.00% - Name and Telephone # only (provide by email please)
1.50% - Plus 1003, 1008, Good Faith, TIL, Homeowner's Insurance
2.00% - Plus Credit Report, Title Committment (Security Title) and Appraisal (can be reimbursed)

The Total Amount of Fees are usually 5% of the loan amount and there is no Yield Spread Premium.
